Late Policy: We ask that each guest arrive at or before their appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 15 minutes late will have to reschedule. Late arrivals resulting in a cancellation may be treated as a no call/no show and appropriate fees will apply.
Cancellation/No show Policy: We understand that an unexpected life occurrence could arise that may force you to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is to insure that cancelled appointments can be swiftly refilled by a waiting client. When possible, reminder texts/emails are sent out in advance to confirm appointments. All cancellations require 48 hour prior notice. Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours in advance are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. All deposits are non refundable.
