Scheduling
  • 30% of your service total will be charged during booking as a holding deposit. This will go towards your service total. 

 

  • Rescheduling & cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If changes within the 48 hours must occur, you will lose your initial holding deposit (30% of the service total).

 

  • No Call No Shows will be blocked from scheduling in the future and you will lose your holding deposit (30% of the service total) and be charged the remainder of your service(s) fee.

 

  • There is a 10-minute grace period. In order to not disturb the following client's appointment, your session will be shortened and you are expected to pay for the full service. 

 

  • Late arrivals past 15 minutes will be cancelled and marked as a No Show, resulting in losing your holding deposit (30% of the service total). 

Treatment Compliance

For those that are looking to book for corrective purposes (acne, scarring etc.), compliance to your prescribed home care, treatment plan, & recommended lifestyle and diet changes is required for a successful outcome. Corrective work is not linear, there are many ups and downs throughout the journey and everyone's results will vary.

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after booking that includes your new client intake form and the address of the studio. Please review this email and complete your intake form immediately after booking.
